Dear Sir,
I wanted to write and tell you that I had a great experience with your company. On Tuesday (7-25), I called and after a short conversation with your receptionist, was put through to a sales person to take my order. She located 2 of the 3 items immediately and said she would call me back when she located the third item. On Wednesday (7-26) around noon, she called and said the order was complete and we completed the transaction. Around 10 AM on Thursday, the parts were delivered by UPS. Fantastic Service. Today (Monday, 7-31) I received my invoice in the mail. I think you are a great organization to deal with. Sincerely, Joe Staba
